If you don’t remember the words of your teacher in science class, let us remind you – water is the source of life. Without water, life as we know it wouldn’t exist, which shows its massive importance. Water is everywhere around us, even in places you wouldn’t expect it to be. For example, the human body is two thirds water!

At least, that’s how much water should be in our bodies, but the problem is that we’re constantly losing it through sweating and urinating. It is a general consensus among medical authorities that consuming about 1.9 liters (65 ounces) per day is enough. However, some physicians think it’s not enough. In order for your body and brain to function at the highest level, you need to supply them with lots of water!
