If you want to lose weight our advice is to start drinking mixture of warm water and lemon juice. But, you should be aware of the fact that if you overdo it with its consumption, warm water with lemon may cause side effects. For example, large amounts of hot water with lemon can lead to acid because this fruit is one of the most acidic, and this same acid can also cause damage to the enamel of the teeth. So, if you don’t rinse your mouth with water, acid may remain on our teeth and do more damage than help. It is recommended to drink 1 – 2 cups of this drink.
